1. Eligibility

3. How to Request a Return

• Order ID

• Photo evidence (in case of damage)

• Reason for return

4. Refund Method

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

• For COD orders, we’ll issue a bank transfer or store credit.

5. International Orders

• Returns from outside India are not currently accepted unless the product is damaged in transit.
